Sollayr est un musicien et compositeur de musique électronique originaire de Nantes. Son inspiration découle de l’énergie musicale d’artistes tels que Flume, Bonobo, ou encore Petit Biscuit, qui parviennent à transporter leur public dans un véritable voyage musical. En concert, Sollayr fusionne ses productions électroniques avec le son aérien de sa guitare folk, son premier instrument.
Toujours en quête d’exploration, qu’elle soit intérieure ou géographique, sa musique reflète son introspection. La sonorité et la construction de ses morceaux nous emmènent dans un univers à la fois doux et hypnotique, à l’image de ses singles phares “Kan Te Faya” ou encore “Mind Made Up” réalisé en collaboration avec la chanteuse américaine Sita.
La symbolique de son pseudonyme ‘Sollayr’ est un hommage aux personnes qu’il considère comme ‘solaires’ et qui sont pour lui inspirantes. Mais c’est quoi “être solaire” ?

Sollayr is an electronic music musician and composer from Nantes. His inspiration comes from the musical energy of artists such as Flume, Bonobo and Petit Biscuit, who manage to transport their audiences on a veritable musical voyage. In concert,  Sollayr fuses his electronic productions with the ethereal sound of his folk guitar, his first instrument.
Always in search of exploration, whether inner or geographical, his music reflects his introspection. The sound and construction of his tracks take us into a universe that is both gentle and hypnotic, as on his flagship singles “Kan Te Faya” and “Mind Made Up”, produced in collaboration with American singer Sita.
